Southern Tenerife · Penthouse
Strandhaus Aguimar
A rooftop penthouse 30 m from Las Vistas beach – with three large terraces overlooking the sea and mountains.
The home
The penthouse sits on the roof of a house just 30 metres from the sandy beach of Las Vistas. Three exceptionally large terraces – around 120 m² in total and for your use only – open up views over the beach, sea and mountains.
Quietly located in a pedestrian passage yet right in the centre of Los Cristianos: restaurants, supermarkets and the promenade are a few minutes’ walk away, the ferry port to the neighbouring islands about 12 minutes.
Golfers will find several courses less than 20 minutes away; golf equipment is available in the penthouse.

„Les atouts de cet appartement sont d’abord son emplacement à 60 m de la plage et proche des commerces, sa très grande terrasse offrant une vue mer/plage à 180°.“
